Farmers Bank & Trust (FB&T) is pleased to announce the promotion of Robby Harrison to Prosper Market President, effective July 14, 2025.
Harrison brings 25 years of experience in financial services, including the past six years at Farmers Bank & Trust, where he has served as Senior Vice President and Commercial Loan Officer. He joined FB&T in September 2018 and will continue to serve clients from the Prosper branch at 750 N. Preston Road in Prosper, Texas.
“Robby’s proven leadership, combined with his industry expertise and commitment to our customers, has made him exceptionally qualified to lead our Prosper market,” said Jeff Nutt, FB&T Executive Vice President. “We are excited to see him step into this role and continue building on the strong foundation already in place.”
Harrison earned a Bachelor of Science in Agricultural and Applied Economics from Texas Tech University in 1999. He is also a graduate of the SW Graduate School of Banking (SWGSB) Commercial Lending School at Southern Methodist University.
Originally from Amarillo, Texas, he now resides in McKinney, Texas, with his wife, Tera, and their three children: Caden, Kelsie, and Kendall.
Farmers Bank & Trust would also like to thank Ray Smith for his outstanding leadership and service as Market President of Prosper Market. Ray will now serve as Senior Vice President of Business Development for the Greater DFW region, where he will continue to contribute to FB&T’s growth and success.
