Evans is from Glenwood and possesses a Business Administration degree from Southern Nazarene University in Bethany, Oklahoma. He also attended Glenwood High School and graduated from the Barret School of Banking in Memphis, Tennessee, in 2010.

“I’ve been in the Glenwood area nearly all my life, and I don’t plan on going anywhere,” said Evans. “We’re really returning to community banking with Farmers Bank & Trust, and that’s a great thing for the customers of Glenwood and Pike County.”

Evans is also a Glenwood Chamber of Commerce member and attends the First Church of the Nazarene in Glenwood.

He was recently awarded the HEART in Internal Customer Service honor at the 2023 bank-wide employee celebration that showcased FB&T’s 411 employees. Evans won by displaying the Bank’s core values of Honor, Excellence, Adaptability, Respect, and Teamwork.

“Greg is a great loan officer, and he loves helping people achieve their personal and professional goals,” said Dave White, Chief Lending Officer at Farmers Bank & Trust. “He has been at the same Glenwood address for two decades, and we couldn’t be happier to have him serving our customers.”

Patsy Webb

FB&T is also pleased to introduce Patsy Webb as Loan Officer at the Mt. Ida and Glenwood locations. The Caddo Gap, Arkansas, native has over 15 years of lending experience and has worked or lived in and around Montgomery and Pike Counties all her life.

Webb began her banking career in 1998 as a loan assistant in Glenwood. In 2002, she moved into the timberland industry before returning to banking as a loan officer in 2012. The experienced professional began serving in the Mt. Ida and Glenwood areas when FB&T acquired nine former Arvest branches in 2021.

Today, Webb splits her time between the two branches but is always available for lending needs throughout the Ouachita Mountain region.

“I am so proud to serve customers in the Glenwood and Mt. Ida region,” she said. “I grew up here. I still live here. I have been a part of these communities my entire life, and I don’t plan on going anywhere.”

Webb holds a certification in business education from Quapaw Technical Institute, an associate degree in office management from National Park College, a bachelor of science degree in organizational management from John Brown University, and a Master of Business Administration (MBA) from Henderson State University.

Patsy received the HEART Rookie of the Year Award at the 2023 Employee Heart Celebration.

She is also involved in the community. Webb was formerly a member of Lions Club International, Relay For Life, and Booster Club. Currently, she is involved with community events in Glenwood and Mt. Ida and volunteers at concession stands for Centerpoint Schools, Mt. Ida Schools, and Caddo Hills Schools.

“Patsy’s dedication to her community and passion for education and customer relationships is why she is such a great asset to Farmers Bank & Trust,” said Dave White, Chief Lending Officer at FB&T.

Webb has been married to her husband for over four decades and enjoys spending time with her family. Professionally, she enjoys helping customers and potential customers realize their lending needs.

“That is what I really love about it,” said Webb. “Seeing the look on people’s faces when they realize they can buy their first car or move into their dream home is easily the best part of being a part of Farmers Bank & Trust.”

Webb handles lending needs in Glenwood and Mt. Ida, including retail, home, and auto loans, commercial loans, and farming and equipment loans. Webb is based in Mt. Ida (221 S. George St., Mount Ida, AR 71957) on Monday, Wednesday, and Friday and at the Glenwood branch (214 N. 1st St., Glenwood, AR 71943) on Tuesday and Thursday.
