Farmers Bank & Trust is pleased to welcome Bo Boschetti as Senior Vice President and Director of Data Analytics. Based in Little Rock, Boschetti will lead the bank’s enterprise reporting, analytics, and workflow modernization efforts across Arkansas, Texas, and Oklahoma.
EXTENSIVE BACKGROUND IN BANKING DATA
A Little Rock native, Boschetti brings an extensive background built on credit expertise, lending operations, and enterprise analytics. He has previously led credit services and developed analytics-driven tools that strengthened underwriting consistency and relationship profitability, and also served as senior vice president of lending operations, where he directed multi-bank integrations, workflow modernization, and enterprise automation initiatives to improve efficiency and operational visibility.
ANALYTICS LEADERSHIP AND INNOVATION
As Director of Data Analytics, Boschetti will oversee Farmers Bank & Trust’s analytics and data systems and build management-level dashboards to strengthen growth opportunities.

EDUCATION AND COMMUNITY INVOLVEMENT
Boschetti earned a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration and a Master of Accountancy from the University of Arkansas Sam M. Walton College of Business. He is a Certified Public Accountant and serves on the board of Immerse Arkansas, a nonprofit organization that helps youth from crisis backgrounds build pathways toward brighter futures.
Bo and his wife, Bess, have been married for 16 years and have two sons, John and Henry.
