Friday nights just got a little brighter for the New Boston Lions. Along with New Boston ISD, Farmers Bank & Trust has proudly invested in an all-new scoreboard at Lion Stadium, home of the New Boston High School Lions football team. The addition marks the latest chapter in the bank’s ongoing support of schools, students, and student-athletes in New Boston and across the Farmers Bank & Trust footprint.
The new scoreboard is topped with the Lion Stadium arch and proudly displays the Farmers Bank & Trust logo beneath the scoring panel. The board gives fans, players, and families a clearer, brighter view of in-game details, while also showcasing the bank’s commitment to local schools.

New Boston ISD Superintendent Brian Bobbitt and Athletic Director and Head Football Coach Stan Kimbell recently joined bank representatives at Lion Stadium to celebrate the new scoreboard ahead of the upcoming season. Both praised the partnership and the difference community sponsors make for local student-athletics.
“We are incredibly grateful for partners like Farmers Bank & Trust who continue to invest in our students and our community,” said New Boston ISD Superintendent Brian Bobbitt. “This new scoreboard is a highly visible symbol of what we can accomplish when local businesses and schools work together.
