Farmers Bank & Trust is proud to celebrate the career of Rose Johnson, Lead Teller in Nashville, Arkansas, as she retires after 26 years in banking.
Known for her warm personality and strong connection with co-workers, Johnson previously served in a variety of customer-focused roles, including head teller, lead customer advocate, and assistant branch manager. During her time in financial services, Johnson earned numerous employee recognition awards, including Sales & Service awards in 2019 and 2020, and multiple Next Level Heart Awards for going above and beyond her normal duties at Farmers Bank & Trust.
Upon retirement, Johnson will miss her days spent among fellow employees the most.
“They are family,” she said. “We’ve shared laughs, hugs, and tears — both happy and sad, and I treasure every one of those moments.”
Nashville Market President Kelly Chambers added, “Rose is one of the warmest people you will ever meet. She has a gift for building genuine relationships with customers, and the support she has given her teammates will leave a lasting impact on our Nashville branch for years to come.”
In retirement, Johnson plans to rest, travel, spend more time with family, expand her crafting hobbies, and volunteer in her community.
“I’m proud to have been part of a team that truly displays ‘Heart’ every day,” she said. “Serving our customers and working alongside a team that supports its communities and co-workers is what has made this career so rewarding.”
A reception will be held from 9:30 a.m. to noon on June 30 at the Farmers Bank & Trust Nashville branch (420 S. Main St., Nashville, Arkansas). Light refreshments will be served, and the public is invited to attend.
